Hourly Parking Rates

There is an hourly parking rate of $2.00 per hour in effect in Plymouth at most meters and paystations during the entire paid parking season.  Once again, the paid parking season extends from April 1st through November 30th.    

If you use the Passport Parking App, the parking rate at most meters and paystations is also $2.00 per hour..

NOTE: Discounted Parking rate in the S. Russell parking deck 
and in the two paid parking lots behind Town Hall 

The lower level of the S. Russell Street parking deck is a 10-hour paid public parking facility 7 days a week, and the rate (including for Passport) is now $1.00 per hour or $5.00 per day. 

When Town Hall is open, the upper level of the S. Russell St. parking deck and the Burton lot are reserved for Town Hall employees. No public parking is permitted there during these hours. 

Also, when Town Hall is open, Town Hall employees and visitors to Town Hall may park for free in the Cornish lot, but visitors are limited to 2 hours while Town employees are not limited to 2 hours.

When Town Hall is closed, the upper level of the S. Russell St. parking deck, the Burton lot and the Cornish lot are 10-hour public paid parking areas, and the rate (including for Passport) is now $1.00 per hour or $5.00 per day.  

Town Hall is closed after 12 noon on Friday and all day Saturday, Sunday, and Town Holidays.
