There are 3 different ways to purchase a parking permit at half-price

(this offer is good until March. 31^st)

NOTE: Prior to April 1st, Plymouth residents 65 and over may pay $15 for a Plymouth Resident or a Downtown Resident permit by applying in person at the Park Plymouth office.

In order to purchase any type of parking permit, you must not have any unpaid parking citations or fines, the registration for the vehicle you will be using has not been marked for non-renewal at the Registry of Motor Vehicles, and your driver’s license has not been marked for non-renewal at the Registry of Motor Vehicles.

Note: A parking permit grants you permission to park in a Park Plymouth parking space under the rules and conditions that apply to the type of permit type you purchased. A permit does not guarantee that you will be able to find a parking space in a lot or on a street of your choice. You may have to look elsewhere for a space.

There are six different types of permits

Plymouth Resident Regularly $50, now $25 until March 31st

Downtown Resident Regularly $50, now $25 until March 31st

Merchant Permit Regularly $100, now $50 until March 31st

Employee Permit Regularly $100, now $50 until March 31st

Mooring Permit Regularly $100, now $50 until March 31st

Commercial Fisherman Regularly $50, now $25 until March 31^st

The Park Plymouth office will let you know how to pay whatever amount is outstanding.

Again, you must pay what you already owe before you can get a permit.
