We understand that sometimes businesses, organizations and contractors require extended use of the parking spaces we manage, but it is against Park Plymouth policy for anyone to block any parking space without first obtaining a Use of Space permit from us. Anyone blocking parking spaces without first having met all of the application requirements is subject to fines and fees.
Contractor Use of Space permit applications require signed pre-approval from the Plymouth Police, Fire and Building Departments. Requests to block spaces for more than two weeks could take one month to approve. All other applications tend to process more quickly but must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance.
Special Events and Valet companies seeking permit approval must meet all application requirements at least 45 days in advance.
Every applicant is required to provide Park Plymouth with a Certificate of Insurance naming “Plymouth Growth & Development Corporation, DBA Park Plymouth” as an additional insured on their project’s insurance policy.
